 Welcome to the Transportation Planning Capacity Building (TPCB) Program website. The TPCB Program - a joint venture of the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) - delivers products and services that provide information, training, and technical assistance to the transportation professionals responsible for planning for the capital, operating, and maintenance needs of our nation's surface transportation system. The TPCB website is a one-stop clearinghouse for state-of-the-practice transportation planning information and resources.
